We have been offering landscape maintenance since 2000.  Our goal is to be your one call lawn and landscaping. By using Richtree, you can have one company do your landscaping, maintenance, fertilizer, tree trimming, we even offer pet waste removal on a weekly basis! We have found customers love that. You don't have to keep up with different phone numbers or bills from multiple companies!
We have  dedicated crews who's only job is to keep your lawn and landscaping looking the best it can. Our specialty is full maintenance which includes weekly mowing, weekly weeding of the beds, trimming shrubs and bushes every 3-4 weeks and applying fertilizer and weed control every 6 weeks. If you're just wanting basic mowing, we offer that as well and give the same attention to detail as we do our full maintenance jobs.

If you want to order basic service, you can fill out the order form below. Once we receive it and put it in our scheduling and routing software, we will send you a confirmation email outlining you services and the guaranteed day we will be there every week.
Our full maintenance prices below is a starting point. We usually prefer to do estimates on these. If you would like an estimate for full maintenance please fill out our request for service form and we will gladly provide you with a free estimate the same or next business day.

Because everyones needs are different we offer both pay as you go and annualized maintenance agreement.
With pay as you go we offer hassle free billing th day after service.
With our annualized maintenance agreement we charge the same flat rate monthly for 12 months. This works by taking the dollar amount you will spend in a 12 month period with us (this applies even if you are seasonal service from March-November) and dividing it by 12 months. This total is the amount we will charge per month. It's easy on the budget!

Our prices start at...

Basic Lawn Maintenance    $26 weekly
Includes weekly mowing, edging along sidewalks and drive ways, weed-eating around home, fence and other like structures and blowing off the concrete areas. Add $5 for every other week mowing and $5 if you are located on a corner or cul-de-sac lot.

Fertilizer/Weed Control   $44 per application
Our 8 step program is guaranteed to give you a weed free, lush, green lawn.

Standard Maintenance    $38.50 weekly
Includes our  Basic Lawn Maintenance from above plus weekly weeding of the flower beds and trimming your bushes every 3-4 weeks.


Premium Maintenance    $45.50 weekly
Includes both our Basic Lawn Maintenance and Standard Maintenance from above plus fertilizing and weed control every 6 weeks.
