Standard Service
        -Weekly mowing from the week of March 3rd to the week of November 10th.
        -Trimming bushes every 4 weeks from March to October
        -Spraying/Pulling weeds in flower beds Weekly from the week of March 3rd to the week of November 10th.

Premium Service
        -Weekly mowing from the week of March 3rd to the week of November 10th.
        -Trimming bushes every 4 weeks from March to October
        -Spraying/Pulling weeds in flower beds Weekly from the week of March 3rd to the week of November 10th.
        -(3) Pre Emergent, (5) Fertilizer/Weed Control in a 12 month period.

Weekly Mowing
    Includes mowing, edging against paved surfaces, line trimming (weed-eating) against home, fence and other like structures and blowing off all paved surfaces front, sides and back. Bagging grass adds $6 per week.

Every 2 week mowing
    If you water or fertilizer your lawn you should have it mowed weekly. We will cut up to 1" of grass off each service. If the   grass is too tall for this and it takes us longer, you will be charged the hourly rate of $100 per hour. This service is only recommended if you don't water, don't fertilize or if you like to mow it your self one week and have someone else the following.

One Time Mow
Includes mowing, edging against paved surfaces, line trimming (weed-eating) against home, fence and other like structures and blowing off all paved surfaces front, sides and back. Bagging grass adds $8 per service.
We will cut up to 1" of grass off each service. If the grass is too tall for this and it takes us longer, you will be charged the hourly rate of $100 per hour. Requires full payment prior to service.

Bagging grass clippings
Although not recommended on a regular basis as it is better for the lawn to mulch the grass and redeposit it on the lawn.
When bagging is necessary: with rye grass or when scalping.

Fertilizer / Weed Control
Our  8 step program includes (4) Liquid Pre Emergent applications, (4) granular applications.

Bush trimming and de-weeding beds
Our bush & bed crew is billed out at $100 per hour, $50 minimum. We will trim the bushes to the shape you prefer. All clippings will be put in a city approved brown biodegradable bag and place at the curb of the street or alley where for the city to pick up.
IF YOU HAVE LOW VOLTAGE LIGHTING (COMMONLY CALLED MALIBU LIGHTING THAT CAN BE PURCHASED FOR DO-IT-YOURSELFERS AT HOME DEPOT OR LOWES) RICHTREE WILL ALWAYS BE CAREFUL BUT ASSUMES ABSOLUTELY NO LIABILITY IF THEY DO NOT WORK WHEN WE LEAVE. The prongs where the lights connect to the wire is not reliable and one little move can cause it to loose its connection.

Pet Waste Removal
We will collect all of your pets waste in the yard and take it with us, not leave it in your trash can to stink.

Tree trimming/pruning
Trees can need to be trimmed for several reasons.
Thinning or no grass under tree: This is usually because you have Bermuda grass which is a sun grass and the tree is blocking the sunlight from passing through. "Thinning" the tree will allow more sunlight to pass through, therefore, allowing the grass to grow again.

"Canopy" hanging to low: The canopy of the tree is considered to bottom portion. From time to time you will need to raise the canopy which basically means cutting off the lower branches of the tree to create more distance from the ground to the lowest part of the tree.

Mulch
Mulch is commonly considered a top dressing for cosmetics. While mulch does make the beds look nice cosmetically, it's real purpose is to insulate the soil of which your landscaping is planted in to control the fluctuating rise and fall in the soil. It serves the same purpose as the insulation in your attic of your home..it keeps you and your home at a consistent temperature. For it's full effect have 4"-6" of mulch year round.
Shredded hardwood mulch is the most common and recommended as it does not wash or blow away.

Scalping
Scalping is mowing low and bagging, removing all but approx. 1" of grass and necessary in the spring. This will remove any winter growth and thatch build up letting the sun shine on the soil and allowing your lawn to green up quicker and have less weeds.

Power Washing
Cleaning of concrete, brick or other hard surfaces is necessary from time to time due to mold, mildew and dirt that collects over time.

Terms & Conditions

Pay per service customer: Bank information or a Visa or Mastercard is required. Your account will be charged the day after service. For checks, if payment is declined, a $30 NSF fee will be charged and you will be notified. For credit cards, if the charge is declined, you will be notified. If payment is received the same day, no late or penalty fees will be added. If payment is still not received by the 3rd day after service, your services will be stopped and a 20% administrative fee will be added.
If payment is not received, within 7 days from service date, we will file a lien against your property and $250 will be added to your invoice for filing & courier fees and our time dealing with it. So, please be prompt with payment as we are prompt with service. If you cancel prior to the 6th service, you will be charged our one time rate for each service performed.

Skips
One skip allowed per season for weekly customers. No skips for bi-weekly or every 3 week customers.

Cancellation for pay as you go
We do require a 6 service commitment. We will mow your lawn as long you like us and we like you. We do require that you stay with us for a minimum of 6 services if you wish to receive our lowest rates. If you decide to cancel before the 6th service is completed, you will be charged the higher 1-5 time rate. When you sign up with us as a customer, we consider you a continuous customer from season to season until you cancel. If you move during the off-season, you are required to let us know, so we can remove you from our route, otherwise, you will be responsible for the services we perform whether you are living there or not. If you cancel prior to us completing your first service, a $35 early cancellation fee will be applied because it takes about 50 minutes to 1 hour to completely enter all the steps on our end getting you into our system and finding a place in our routes for you.

Complaints
We know we make mistakes from time to time. We're only human. But the measure of a service company is not perfection, but rather how well it handles its mistakes. We will come back the same or next day to make any corrections or re-does until your are happy.
